3U 16-Bay SAS Rackmount Chassis

The HOTCFWQ 3U server chassis fits a standard 19-inch rack and holds sixteen hot-swappable 3.5-inch drives. It accepts SATA II, SATA III, SAS II and SAS III drives running at 6 Gb/s. The enclosure is built from 1.0 mm SGCC zinc-coated steel and measures 437.5 mm wide by 560 mm deep by 132 mm high. Three 12038 ball-bearing fans provide standard cooling.

Backplane Upgrade Path

The chassis is available with either a 6 Gb/s or 12 Gb/s MINI SAS backplane, or a 6 Gb/s or 12 Gb/s expander backplane, each including a temperature-control chipset.
