The Heise LED spare tire light fits Ford Bronco models from 2021 onward and mounts behind the factory spare tire for a clean, low-profile look. It uses 85 one-watt red LEDs that function as a brake light to increase rear visibility when stopping. A simple two-wire connection links the unit to the vehicle's existing brake circuit.

Two-wire brake-light installation limits

The light draws power and signal from a single two-wire hook-up tied into the brake circuit, so it only illuminates when the pedal is pressed. No separate running-light wire, switch or controller is included, meaning the unit cannot serve as a constant accent or turn-signal lamp. The smoked polycarbonate lens keeps the housing nearly invisible until the LEDs activate.

Replaces no factory light — adds a high-mounted

This accessory does not substitute any original equipment lamp; it supplements the Bronco's existing lighting with an extra high-mounted brake indicator. The upgrade is worthwhile when you want clearer braking communication for following traffic, especially with a large spare tire that can obscure the stock lights.
