Pool bulkhead fitting for 1-inch piping

The Hayward SF10100T is a PVC bulkhead tank fitting with female NPT threads on both the inside and outside connections. It suits curved or flat tank walls and uses an EPDM gasket for a watertight seal. The grey body is built for pool and spa plumbing systems. It installs without bolt holes for a clean through-wall joint.

Rated for 75 psi at up to 140 Degrees F

The fitting handles sustained pressure of 75 psi and continuous water temperatures up to 140 Degrees F without deformation. The PVC material and EPDM gasket maintain their seal through daily heating and cooling cycles between 40 and 140 Degrees F. Threaded FNPT ends resist loosening under vibration from pump operation. No bolt holes mean stress distributes evenly across the flange.

Replaces worn or leaking tank penetrations

This unit upgrades cracked, corroded or undersized bulkhead fittings on filter tanks, heater manifolds or custom reservoirs. The jump is worth it when the old fitting weeps at the gasket or the threads strip during service. It does not suit installations that require a flanged bolt pattern or a slip-socket connection. Buyers needing a different pipe size or a male-threaded outlet must choose another model.
