Greenlee 608-5 Conduit Piston

Greenlee 608-5 conduit pistons are foam cylinders sized for half-inch EMT, IMC or rigid conduit. They come in a pack of five and are coloured green for quick identification on site. The pistons mate with Greenlee blower and vacuum equipment to pull rope or cable through installed runs. Electricians and low-voltage installers use them to speed up long pulls.

Foam body with hook-and-loop closure

Each piston measures two inches long by .5 inch wide and is built from durable foam rated for harsh environments. The hook-and-loop closure lets the piston seal against the conduit wall without tools, so air pressure from the blower moves it smoothly. Green construction resists tearing when dragged through rough or dirty pipe. The compact profile fits tight bends without binding.

Replaces loose rags or improvised plugs

The pistons replace makeshift seals that leak air and stall pulls, cutting rework on every job. They are worth the switch when a crew runs multiple half-inch conduits per day and needs reliable, repeatable sealing.
