The Grandstream GRP2601 is a two-line IP phone built for large-scale roll-outs and simple day-to-day management. It supports two SIP accounts so each user can handle separate calls or identities from one desk set. Grandstream Device Management System (GDMS) provides cloud-based provisioning and monitoring, reducing the time IT teams spend on individual handset configuration. Noise Shield technology suppresses background sound for clearer conversations in open-plan offices.

2 SIP accounts and 5-way conferencing

The handset handles two simultaneous SIP registrations and merges up to five participants into a single audio conference without an external bridge. This capacity covers the core collaboration need for small teams and front-desk scenarios where quick multi-party calls are routine. Electronic Hook Switch support lets Plantronics, Jabra and Sennheiser wireless headsets answer and end calls directly from the headset button.

PoE or Wi-Fi variants for flexible placement

The GRP2601P variant draws power and network connectivity through a single Ethernet cable, removing the need for a local power socket at every desk. The GRP2601W variant adds 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi so the phone can join the network wirelessly when cabling is impractical. Both versions include secure boot, dual firmware images and encrypted storage to meet baseline enterprise security requirements.
