Capacity and refill handling

Each refill delivers 1200 mL of PURELL ES6 hand sanitizer, reducing the frequency of change-outs in busy locations. When the cartridge is empty the dispenser stops dispensing until a new refill is inserted, so there is no partial-dose waste. The stand accepts only ES6 refills, so facilities using other cartridge systems will need a separate dispenser type.
