Double diffusion creates three contrast levels

Using both inner and outer layers together produces three distinct levels of contrast, sharpness and dimensionality from a single modifier. The combination yields exceptionally soft, even illumination that minimises harsh shadows for flattering portraits. A single layer can be used alone when less diffusion is required, but the full effect depends on the paired fabrics supplied in this set.

Heat-resistant nylon handles continuous output

The nylon material withstands the high temperatures generated by continuous lighting or high-power strobes without degrading. Its lightweight construction keeps the overall softbox assembly easy to transport and reposition on location. No fan, active cooling or power draw is involved, so the diffuser adds no noise or electrical load to the lighting setup.
