This kit supplies a complete set of test leads, alligator clips, standard probes and 0.7 mm gold-plated needle probes for use with digital multimeters, voltmeters and clamp meters. The standard 4 mm shrouded banana plugs fit most common meter brands. It is intended for automotive, industrial and DIY electrical diagnostics where safe, reliable connections are required.

CAT III 1000V and CAT IV 600V safety rating

The leads are rated for 10 A and carry a CAT III 1000V / CAT IV 600V classification for high-voltage work. Flexible, heat-resistant PVC and silicone insulation resists kinking and wear, while non-slip ergonomic grips improve comfort during extended use. Spring-loaded alligator clips with a wide opening clamp securely onto wires and terminals for hands-free measurements.

Limited to instruments that accept 4 mm shrouded

Compatibility depends on the meter having standard 4 mm shrouded banana inputs; proprietary or recessed connectors will not accept these leads. The 0.7 mm needle tips suit fine-pitch work such as back-probing automotive connectors or SMD components but are not designed for high-current paths beyond the 10 A rating. CAT IV protection applies at 600 V, so measurements above that voltage fall outside the highest safety category.
