The Blue-Bot starter pack supplies six programmable floor robots and one docking station for primary-school computing lessons. Each robot connects to a tablet or PC over Bluetooth so pupils can plan algorithms on screen and watch them execute on the floor. The clear shell lets children see the internal components while the robot moves. The pack is built for whole-class activities rather than individual home use.

Bluetooth control limited to paired devices

Robots only accept commands from a paired Android, iOS, PC or Mac device running the Blue-Bot app. Programs must be sent wirelessly; there is no onboard keypad for direct entry. Each robot stores one sequence at a time and can execute 45-degree turns within that sequence. Range depends on the host device’s Bluetooth radio and classroom layout.

Docking station charges all units together

The included station recharges every robot simultaneously through their built-in USB ports, removing the need for separate cables. Robots must be seated correctly on the contacts or they will not charge overnight. Renaming each unit in the app before the first lesson prevents confusion when multiple robots are active on the same floor.
