Portable UHF Wireless Microphone System

The Gemini PDWMU105 provides a 16-channel UHF wireless system with a handheld dynamic unidirectional microphone and plug-in receiver adapter. It is designed for karaoke, DJ events, parties and public address use where cable-free mobility is required. The receiver connects directly to amplifiers, mixers or powered speakers via a 6.3 mm jack. Battery operation allows use in venues without convenient mains outlets.

UHF Narrow-Band Transmission Limits

The system uses UHF narrow-band modulation across 16 selectable channels to reduce interference from other wireless devices. Audio sampling is fixed at 20 kHz with a sensitivity of 96 dB, which constrains the captured frequency response and dynamic range. The integrated antenna on the receiver sets the practical wireless range, and the 20 kHz sampling rate limits high-frequency detail compared to wider-bandwidth digital systems. Only one microphone transmitter is included, so dual-microphone applications require a second system.
