Sustained Daily Operation

Up to six meals per day can be programmed with zero to twenty-four portions per meal, where one portion is approximately six grams depending on kibble size. The 3.5-litre hopper holds enough dry food for multiple days of scheduled feeding without refilling. Dual power support keeps the schedule running during a mains outage, and the included desiccant bag helps maintain kibble freshness inside the sealed storage area. Portion accuracy remains consistent across repeated cycles.

Wi-Fi and App Constraints

The feeder requires a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and will not connect to 5 GHz bands, so router compatibility must be checked before setup. App control depends on the HGsmart service and an active internet connection for remote access and record syncing. The double-chute design is calibrated for two bowls; single-cat households or owners wanting more than two feeding stations will not use the full hardware.
