The Focal Clear MG are open-backed headphones designed for high-end critical listening at home. They feature M-shaped magnesium dome drivers and a chestnut and mixed-metal finish on a honeycomb grille. Perforated microfibre earpads and a leather-covered headband provide comfort for prolonged sessions. A solid aluminum yoke molds to the wearer's face shape for a secure fit.

Open-back design and connectivity

The open-back construction creates a wide soundstage and natural acoustic presentation suited to quiet home environments. It does not isolate the listener from external noise and sound leaks out, so it is not for commuting, office use or recording situations where bleed is unacceptable.
