Space Voyager Pack content

This downloadable pack expands the Trailmakers sandbox with two functional blocks and a suite of sci-fi cosmetics. The Rocket Engine block delivers heavy thrust for escaping planetary gravity, while the Space Fighter Seat provides a dedicated cockpit for piloting creations. Four antenna blocks, three greeble pieces, three character outfits, two hats and two block skins round out the collection. Activation requires a Steam account and the base game.

Moving from the base sandbox

Players who have exhausted the stock parts catalogue gain new propulsion and piloting options that change how heavy payloads reach orbit. The Rocket Engine replaces clustered smaller engines for high-delta-v missions, and the Fighter Seat lets you control large vessels from a single enclosed position. The jump is worth it when you want to build Saturn V-scale lifters or dogfight-capable starfighters without modding the game.

Sustained creative sessions

During long building sessions the new blocks integrate with existing physics and fuel systems without adding separate resource chains. The cosmetic items — outfits, hats, Hexagons and Glow Grid skins, plus 18 decals — remain purely visual and do not affect simulation load. Performance scales with vessel complexity exactly as the base game does, so frame rates depend on total part count rather than the pack itself.
