This black reclosable fastener uses 400 mushroom-shaped stems per square inch on a polypropylene carrier. A white acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive bonds the strip to metals, glass and medium-to-high surface energy plastics or paint. It replaces screws, rivets or hook-and-loop in applications that need repeated access or repositioning. The roll measures ten feet long and engages at a thickness of 0.23 inches.

Suits panels, signs and access doors

Builders who need a removable bond on flat, rigid surfaces will find the stem density and adhesive formulation match those substrates. Installers working on low-surface-energy plastics, heavily textured walls or fabrics should look at something else because the acrylic adhesive is not designed for those materials.
