XT60-to-DC adapter for field soldering

This Fervit adapter converts an XT60 male battery connector to a 5.5×2.1 mm DC female jack. It is built for hobbyists and technicians who power a TS100 soldering iron from a LiPo pack during field repairs. The moulded housing uses high-temperature resistant materials and provides basic insulation for plug-and-play operation. No additional wiring or tools are required to make the connection.

Plugs directly into XT60 battery leads

The XT60 male end mates with standard 60 A-rated battery outputs found on multirotor, fixed-wing and ground vehicles. The DC jack accepts the TS100 iron’s barrel plug, freeing the user from mains power or bench supplies. It suits FPV video gear, solar chargers and RC toys that already use XT60 distribution. Builds without an XT60 power source cannot use this adapter.

Handles continuous iron current without melting

High-temperature resistant construction lets the adapter sustain the draw of a TS100 iron during long soldering sessions. The XT60 interface is rated for 60 A, well above the iron’s demand, so the connector stays cool under sustained load. Insulation remains stable even when the iron cycles at maximum temperature. Users needing higher voltage than the battery provides will need a separate regulator.
