The Fanttik A11 Ultra is a 197 ft laser distance meter that adds a three-axis digital level and a Hall-sensing wheel roller in a single aluminum body. It targets DIY renovators, woodworkers and interior planners who need straight-line, curved and angle data without swapping instruments. The 2.4 in IPS touch screen runs at 320×240 and 500 nits, so readings stay visible in bright rooms. A side LCD mirrors the horizontal angle and virtual ruler baseline for quick reference.

Capacity and headroom

Laser ranging reaches 197 ft with a stated tolerance of ±0.024 in per foot; the wheel roller handles curves at ±0.06 in per foot and the level sensor resolves to ±0.3°. Six unit formats are selectable, including fractional inches down to 1/32 in, and three reference points (front, rear, screw hole) cover most layout scenarios. The 1200 mAh cell delivers up to 6 hours or 8000 measurements per charge and refills via USB-C in about 2 hours.

The spec that decides fit

Fractional-inch display is native — long-press the unit button for 0.3 s on the measure screen or change it in settings to show 1/32 in increments, which is the format woodworking plans and cut lists use. If your workflow relies on decimal-only readouts or metric-only documentation, the extra step of switching modes may add friction, but the hardware itself covers both.
