The FAIYOU 1080P PTZ camera delivers 1280X960P video through a 1.3 million pixel CMOS sensor and H.264 encoding. Built-in horizontal and vertical motors provide 360 degree rotation for full-room coverage. A 45D microphone and 1.5 watt speaker enable two-way audio. Motion detection triggers mail, APP alarm, capture and alarm video. It suits parents monitoring a nursery or anyone wanting remote visual access via Android or iOS.

Sustained operation behaviour

The industrial embedded G135 processor maintains 25FBS VGA streaming over 802.11 B/G/N WIFI or 10/100M RJ45 without frame drops during extended sessions. Continuous recording writes to a TF high speed card in manual, dynamic or scheduled modes. Motion alerts fire repeatedly without throttling the video pipeline. The camera stays responsive during long monitoring periods because the lightweight firmware avoids memory leaks that stall cheaper units after hours of uptime.

Thermals noise and power

Power consumption is rated at 1.5W from a DC5V supply, so the unit runs cool across the 0°C to 55°C operating range. No active cooling fan exists, leaving only the near-silent PTZ motor whir during pan or tilt movements. The 8 ohm speaker handles alarm tones without distortion at modest volume. Low illumination performance at 0.1LUX / F1.2 keeps the IR LEDs active rather than boosting sensor gain, which would increase heat.
