ESKONKE 271 is a high-strength anaerobic adhesive that permanently locks threaded metal assemblies. It is formulated for mechanics, engineers and serious DIY builders who need bolts and nuts to resist loosening from severe vibration, shock or thermal cycling. The compound also seals threads against moisture and corrosion, replacing mechanical locking devices in critical joints.

Fills Thread Gaps Up to M36 Without Extra Parts

The liquid penetrates the full thread engagement of fasteners up to M36, curing in the absence of air to form a solid polymer that locks and seals in one step. This eliminates the need for lock washers, nylon inserts or safety wire, freeing up space in tight assemblies and reducing component count. Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of oil before application, and the bottle should be shaken to ensure even composition.

Fixtures in 10 Minutes and Fully Cures in 24 Hours

After assembly the adhesive begins to set in 10 minutes, allowing handling, and reaches full strength after 24 hours at room temperature. The cured bond maintains its locking torque and seal through sustained vibration, wide temperature swings and exposure to fluids, extending fastener service life. The product is not suitable for plastic bonding, pure oxygen environments or hydroxide sealing, and the bottle is half-filled to prevent premature solidification.
