Setup and Common Issues

Operation begins by charging the internal 3.7V 1800mAh battery via the included UL power adapter, then pairing a phone or tablet over Bluetooth. A wired microphone plugs directly into the dedicated MIC connector for immediate karaoke use, while the remote control adjusts volume, tracks, and light modes from across the room. The three master knobs govern overall volume, bass, and treble without menus. Users occasionally find the auxiliary jack loose after repeated cable insertion, and the LED display can wash out in bright daylight.

Wireless and Wired Limits

Bluetooth streaming works reliably up to roughly 33 feet from the source device, and two EDS-1200 units can be synced wirelessly within that same radius for stereo coverage. Beyond that distance the link becomes unstable and audio may drop out. The speaker also accepts USB flash drives and TF cards for local file playback, plus an FM tuner for broadcast radio. The 3.5 mm auxiliary input provides a wired fallback when wireless congestion or battery depletion interrupts the stream.
