Single-Pole Class CC Fuse Block

The Eaton Bussmann BCM603-1PQ is an open-design fuse block built for Class CC fuses rated up to 30 A at 600 V AC/DC. It accepts fuses measuring 1 1/2 in by 13/32 in and compatible series such as ATDR, ATMR, ATQR, CCMR, FNQ-R, KLDR, KLKR, KTK-R and LP-CC. The thermoplastic body mounts by bolt-down or DIN rail and connects wire from 18 to 10 AWG using pressure-plate and quick-connect terminals.

30 A Continuous Rating with 600 V Insulation

This block handles continuous loads up to 30 A while maintaining 600 V insulation for both AC and DC circuits. The single-pole, non-indicating design provides basic overcurrent protection without visual status feedback. It covers standard control-circuit and branch-circuit needs but stops at 30 A; applications requiring higher ampacity or multi-pole ganged protection will need a different block.

Replaces Older Open-Style CC Holders

The BCM603-1PQ serves as a direct replacement for legacy open-type Class CC fuse holders using the same 1 1/2 in by 13/32 in fuse envelope and 18–10 AWG wiring range. The jump is worthwhile when a panel calls for combined bolt-down and DIN-rail mounting flexibility or when quick-connect terminals speed up harness assembly. It does not suit designs that require built-in indication, enclosed finger-safe housings or multi-pole ganging in a single moulding.
