120V AC Actuator With IP66 Rating

The actuator runs on 120V AC power and rotates 90 degrees in 2.5 seconds to open or close the valve. Its IP66 enclosure protects internal components against powerful water jets and dust ingress during wash-down or outdoor exposure. A manual override lets operators cycle the valve during commissioning or power loss. Thermal overload protection stops the motor if stall current rises. The fail-last behaviour holds the final position when power is removed.

The 1/4 inch FNPT connections suit small-bore piping in chemical dosing, sample lines or instrument air branches. RPTFE seats and PTFE and FKM seals handle the rated 1,000 psi operating pressure with 316 stainless steel wetted parts for corrosion resistance.
