Digital gauge for low-pressure differentials

The Dwyer Instruments DM-1112 measures differential pressure from zero to 100 inches of water column. A four-digit LCD shows readings in inches of water, PSI, kPa, millibar, millimetres of water, inches of mercury, millimetres of mercury or percentage of full scale. Accuracy is rated at plus or minus one percent. The instrument is powered by a 9 V battery or a 9 to 24 V DC supply and carries CE compliance.

Back-barbed connection and reinforced polymer case

A 1/8 inch smooth barb on the rear accepts flexible tubing for panel or bench mounting. Both the socket and the case are moulded from glass-filled plastic, while the B-130 reinforced polymer construction adds structural rigidity. The light grey finish matches standard industrial panels. No additional fittings, tubing or mounting hardware are supplied in the box.

Battery or DC supply simplifies setup

Connect the reference and measurement ports to the rear barbs, select the desired engineering units on the display and apply power. The gauge is ready to read without calibration software. Common issues include leaking tubing on the smooth barbs, incorrect unit selection causing scaling errors and voltage drops on long DC supply leads. Users needing threaded process connections or integral data logging should consider other models.
