Drill America nACo annular cutter
This 1-5/16 inch by 3 inch annular cutter uses nACo nano-composite blue coating to extend tool life up to 30 percent versus traditional high-speed steel cutters. The m2 high-speed steel body cuts only the necessary material for fast, efficient holes in steel, cast iron, heated and stainless steels. A 3/4 inch Weldon shank fits most magnetic drill presses, also called mag drills. The tool is designed for magnetic drill press use only and must not be used with a standard hand drill or drill press.
Coated high-speed steel with pilot pin
The nACo coating adds protection against wear and high heat so the cutter handles difficult alloys without premature dulling. Cutting depth is limited to the 3 inch length, so thicker plates require a different tool.
