The brushes are made with 18-8 food grade 304 stainless steel wire handles and durable, soft nylon bristles. They are designed for cleaning stainless, silicone, glass and bottle straws. The set is supplied new and weighs 0.032 kilograms.

Each brush provides an 8.2 inch cleaning reach, so tubes longer than this cannot be fully cleaned in a single pass. The bristle head diameters span 1/16 to 1 inch, meaning tubes with internal diameters outside this range will not fit or clean effectively.
