Double-Coated Foam Tape for Demanding Mounting

This case contains nine rolls of 1/32 inch thick white polyethylene foam tape with a high-strength acrylic adhesive. Each roll measures one inch wide by 72 yards long and delivers 100 ounces per inch of adhesion. The cross-linked closed-cell construction conforms to irregular surfaces for indoor and outdoor mounting of signs, nameplates, displays and cable clips. A blue poly liner protects the adhesive until application.

Sustained Load Performance Across Temperature

The acrylic adhesive maintains its 100 oz/in bond from -4 to 176 degrees Fahrenheit without softening in heat or embrittling in cold. Cross-linked foam resists compression set so mounted signs, wire clips and plastic extrusions stay secure under continuous stress. Closed-cell structure blocks moisture ingress that degrades lesser tapes over time. Adhesion holds on low-surface-energy plastics and powder-coated metals where rubber adhesives fail.

Upgrade from Single-Coated or Rubber-Based Tapes

Users replacing single-sided foam or rubber adhesive tapes gain double-sided bonding and a wider service temperature window. The jump is worth it when mounting loads must endure seasonal temperature swings or prolonged UV exposure. Buyers needing thinner profiles than 1/32 inch or adhesive transfer tapes without foam carriers should look elsewhere. This product does not suit applications requiring conductive or magnetic properties.
