The Corona LR3460 extends to 46 inches so you can trim branches that would otherwise require a ladder. Its high-carbon steel blade and hook are fully heat treated and PTFE coated to cut cleanly through stems up to half an inch thick. The Cut 'n Hold mechanism grips the offcut until you release it, keeping the work area tidy. Ergonomic co-molded handles and an adjustable foam grip balance the tool for comfortable, controlled use.

Check reach and branch size before buying

Measure the height of the canopy you need to maintain; the 46-inch overall length suits most overhead pruning but will not reach the tallest limbs without a pole saw. Verify that the thickest live wood you plan to cut stays within the half-inch cutting capacity, because the blade is not rated for larger diameters. Ensure you have a clear swing path so the long handles can operate without striking walls, fences or power lines.
