Universal Fall Protection Kit

The CONDOR 45J298 kit provides a complete personal fall arrest system for roofing professionals and maintenance crews working at height. It combines a universal-size harness, reusable roof anchor, 50 ft vertical lifeline, shock-absorbing lanyard and manual rope grab in one package. The harness features tongue-buckle leg straps for quick adjustment across different users. The system meets ANSI Z359.1-2007 and OSHA 1926.502 standards for fall protection.

Hinged Peak Anchor and Daily Use

The reusable roof anchor uses a standard hinged peak attachment style that secures to common roof structures without permanent modification. Its design allows the anchor to be repositioned as work progresses across the roof surface. The 3 ft shock-absorbing lanyard connects the harness to the rope grab on the 50 ft lifeline, limiting fall forces while permitting vertical movement. All components are coloured blue and black for visibility against roofing materials.

310 lb Capacity Upgrade

This kit replaces improvised tie-off methods or incomplete harness-only setups that lack a certified anchorage and energy-absorbing connection. The 310 lb weight capacity accommodates a dressed worker with tools, making the jump worthwhile for crews previously relying on non-rated anchor points. It is not suited for horizontal lifeline systems, confined-space entry or rescue operations requiring specialised descent devices. Workers needing longer continuous lifelines or multiple simultaneous users will require additional equipment.
