2 GB DDR2-667 SODIMM upgrade for compatible eMachines notebooks, CL5 timing at 1.8 V
This 2 GB DDR2 667 MHz SO-DIMM is built for eMachines notebooks including the D520, E520, E521, E620, E627, E720 and Em250. It uses a 200-pin unbuffered design running at 1.8 V with CL5 5-5-5 timing. The module is validated by Computer Memory Solutions for these specific models.
The kit contains one 2Rx8 module so it suits systems with a free slot that accept 2 GB density per socket. Maximum supported memory for these notebooks is 4 GB across two sockets. Machines outside the compatibility list, or builds requiring ECC or registered memory, cannot use this module.
Speed and pin count are fixed at DDR2 667 (PC2-5300) on a 200-pin SO-DIMM. The notebook must accept this exact generation and form factor; any other DDR standard will not fit or function.

Yes, the platform supports up to 4 GB across two slots, so a second 2 GB module will work alongside the original memory.
Check the memory tab in CPU-Z or the BIOS main screen; both should report 667 MHz (PC2-5300) with CL5 timings.
