This Cisco Aironet antenna is a 4-element dual-band MIMO patch designed for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wireless networks. Integrated plenum cable and RP-TNC connector

The antenna ships with a 3 ft (91.4 cm) plenum-rated cable terminated in an RP-TNC connector, removing the need to source separate low-loss feeder or connectors. Linear vertical polarisation and a VSWR of 2:1 or less ensure efficient signal transfer to compatible Cisco access points. The fixed cable length determines the maximum separation between the antenna and the radio without adding extension losses.

Wall or mast mounting with fixed cable constraint

At 6.3 in (16 cm) long, 11 in (27.9 cm) wide and 1.2 in (3.05 cm) deep, the 1.4 lbs housing mounts on flat surfaces or masts using the supplied hardware. The azimuth beamwidth is 105 degrees at 2.4 GHz and 125 degrees at 5 GHz, while elevation beamwidths are 70 and 60 degrees respectively, so aim carefully during installation. The short, non-detachable cable can limit placement flexibility in larger sites, and the RP-TNC interface must match the radio exactly.
