Undersink Electric Tankless Heater

The Chronomite CM-15L/208 is a compact undersink electric tankless water heater designed for single-point-of-use applications. It delivers hot water on demand at a fixed 110 Degrees Fahrenheit for commercial and residential indoor settings. The unit activates at a minimum flow of .2 gallons per minute and supplies up to 1 gallon per minute. It operates on a 208V AC single-phase supply drawing 15 amps.

Replaces Bulky Tank Units

This heater replaces traditional storage tanks where space is limited and only a single fixture requires hot water. The jump is worth it when you need instant hot water at a lavatory or sink without the standby losses and footprint of a tank. It requires a dedicated 208V circuit and 14 AWG wiring, so installation is only practical where that electrical service is already available or easily added. The fixed 110 Degrees F output suits hand-washing but not high-temperature sanitising.

Limited By Single-Point Design

The 3/8 inch compression cold inlet and 1 gallon per minute maximum flow restrict use to one low-flow fixture at a time. The non-adjustable thermostat locks outlet temperature at 110 Degrees Fahrenheit, preventing adjustment for different tasks or seasonal inlet changes. The unit measures 9.63 inches wide, 6.25 inches high and 2.75 inches deep, fitting tight cabinets but offering no capacity for multiple outlets or higher demand.
