Compact POS keyboard with touchpad

The Cherry G80-11900LUMEU-2 is a full-size USB keyboard with an integrated touchpad designed for point-of-sale, industrial and commercial environments. Its 16-inch compact form factor fits rack mounts, kiosks and crowded workstations while retaining a standard 104-key US layout. Twenty-two freely programmable keys adapt to custom workflows through CHERRY Keyman software. Gold crosspoint MX switches deliver a 50-million-actuation rating for long service life.

22 programmable keys and mechanical durability

The 22 programmable keys provide ample headroom for macros, shortcuts or application-specific commands in retail, banking or manufacturing settings. Mechanical switches rated at 50 million actuations and an MCBF exceeding 10 billion operations ensure the keyboard withstands continuous high-volume data entry. The touchpad operates at 1000 dpi with two dedicated buttons, handling cursor navigation without a separate mouse. Typical current draw is 35 mA for the keyboard and 3 mA for the touchpad, well within standard USB power limits.

USB 2.0 interface and cable reach

The keyboard connects via USB 2.0 and draws a maximum of 100 mA, compatible with any host offering a standard USB port. A fixed 1.75 m cable limits placement to roughly 5.80 ft from the host, so installations requiring longer runs will need an active extension or a different interface option. PS/2 connectivity is not supported on this LUMEU-2 variant. The 1.1 kg weight and 16.30 x 7.10 x 1.40 inch dimensions suit fixed-mount installations but are not intended for mobile use.
