Purpose-built replacement

This Centenex Electronics battery is a direct replacement for the Li-ion power pack used in Teklogix Psion 7035, 7035i and 7035if barcode scanners. It matches the original 7.4 V, 2.2 Ah specification so the scanner regains its factory runtime without modification. Workers who rely on these legacy devices for inventory or logistics can swap the cell in seconds and resume scanning.

Ready-to-fit cell only

The package contains the single black Li-ion battery measuring 90.66 x 43.53 x 22.84 mm and nothing else. No charging cradle, cable, firmware or mounting hardware is bundled, so existing chargers and docks must be reused. Operations that have lost or damaged the original charging accessories will need to source those separately before the new cell can be put into service.

Chemistry and form-factor limits

The 16.28 Wh lithium-ion cell is constrained by its fixed voltage and physical envelope; it cannot be fast-charged beyond the scanner’s built-in controller and will not fit any device outside the 7035 series. Capacity will degrade with repeated deep cycles, and the pack offers no smart-fuel gauge or hot-swap capability. Users needing longer shifts or multi-bay charging must look to external power solutions rather than this single battery.
