Zeiss IMS for CP.2 Compact Primes

This interchangeable mount set adapts Zeiss 21mm, 28mm and 35mm Compact Prime CP.2 lenses to Canon EF EOS bayonet cameras. It is designed for cinematographers and photographers who own those three focal lengths and need a single EF-mount solution for all of them. The set includes the EF adapter ring, support bracket, cover ring and rear lens cap for complete protection.

Build integration with EF adapter and shims

The EF adapter ring locks securely to the camera bayonet while the support bracket distributes weight and prevents flex during handheld or rigged operation. Coloured plastic shims are supplied so flange depth can be adjusted precisely for each focal length, ensuring accurate focus marks without shimming the lens itself. The cover ring and rear cap shield the rear element when the lens is removed.

Under continuous production use the bracket-and-ring combination keeps the lens-to-sensor distance constant, preventing focus drift caused by vibration or temperature change.
