The Brute Networks module delivers 1000BASE-SX connectivity over multi-mode fibre at an 850 nm wavelength. It is coded for full Netgear AGM731F compatibility and initialises identically to the OEM part. Network operators can add or replace an SFP slot on a router, switch or server without changing existing infrastructure.

Sustained operation at commercial temperature range

Rated for continuous use from 0 to 70 °C, the transceiver maintains stable laser output and packet integrity across the full 550 m reach.
