The BrosTrend AXE3000 is a USB 3.0 wireless adapter built for Linux systems running kernel 5.18 or newer. It supports x86_64, x86_32, aarch64 and armhf hardware including Raspberry Pi 2+ and Odroid boards. Windows 11 and 10 are also supported with a driver install. The adapter adds 6 GHz, 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz WiFi 6E connectivity to desktops, laptops and virtual machines.
Sustained Throughput on Busy Networks
The AXE3000 delivers up to 1201 Mbps on both 6 GHz and 5 GHz bands plus 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz for a combined 3000 Mbps rating. OFDMA and DL MU-MIMO with 1024-QAM keep data moving efficiently when multiple devices share the channel. Access Point mode lets the adapter host its own network on Linux. A USB 3.0 port is required to reach these rates.
Thermals Noise and Power Draw
Dual adjustable antennas rotate 90° vertical and 180° horizontal to focus signal with Beamforming for stable links.
