The bonoch baby monitor includes two cameras and a 7-inch 720P HD LCD parent unit that shows both feeds side by side in split-screen mode. It is designed for parents who want to watch two rooms or two children simultaneously without using a smartphone app or home Wi-Fi network. The system operates on a dedicated 2.4 GHz FHSS wireless link that pairs automatically out of the box.

Wireless Range and Band Constraints

The 2.4 GHz FHSS connection provides a private link that does not rely on your router, so it works even when the internet is down, but it shares the same band as many household devices and can be affected by thick walls or microwave interference. Video resolution is fixed at 720P, so finer details such as small text on a toy or subtle skin tone changes will not be visible. The parent unit battery lasts up to 22 hours in VOX mode, which activates the screen only when sound is detected, but continuous viewing will reduce that runtime significantly.

Build, Mounting and Daily Use

The package supplies two wall-mount brackets and three AC adapters, letting you place each camera permanently and keep the parent unit charged on a nightstand. Each camera pans 355° and tilts 120° with 4× digital zoom, all controlled from the handheld display, so you can scan the whole room without entering it. Two-way talk, a temperature sensor and sound-activated alerts are built in, and the combined system weighs 2.57 lb, making the parent unit light enough to carry between rooms.
