Multi-Zone Paging Controller

The Bogen BG-UTI312 is a multi-zone page controller designed for one-way paging applications in commercial environments. It connects to standard analog telephone interfaces including loop start trunk, ground start trunk, and station access ports. The unit includes a pre-installed ZX3 module providing three zones and is expandable up to 12 zones total. It suits facilities needing flexible zone management.

Sustained Load Performance

Each zone output drives audio for up to 150 self-amplified speakers simultaneously. An adjustable output limiter with threshold control and active indicator manages signal levels during continuous operation. The internal 24V DC 1A power supply powers the controller circuitry. Two background music busses are selectable per zone for ongoing audio distribution. C-form contacts per zone handle switching reliably.

Build and Connectivity

Simple two-switch interface setup eases initial configuration. Telephone interfaces cover loop start trunk, ground start trunk, station access analog ring-up, page port contact closure activation, and page port voice activation. Programmable AUX contact activation adds control flexibility. The system supports up to 24 programmable paging zone groups with all-call, auto-select override, night ring, two-tone triggers, and code calling zone groups. Expandable using additional ZX3 modules.
