The BlackRapid 361015 Blackline I Left Camera Strap is built for photographers who prefer wearing the strap cross-body on the left shoulder with the camera resting at the left hip. Its sling design keeps the camera accessible while distributing weight across the shoulder and torso. The adjustable nylon webbing extends up to 66 inches to suit different body types and shooting styles. An underarm stabilizer locks in place to prevent the strap from sliding during movement.

Secure Locking and Stabilisation

Front and rear spring-loaded Cam-Locks on the webbing hold the camera firmly by the hip, reducing bounce when walking or crouching. A Locking Swivel Carabiner ConnectR CR-3 provides a secure attachment point that rotates freely without twisting the strap. The underarm stabiliser adds a second anchor point around the torso, keeping the shoulder pad centred during sustained activity. All locking components engage with a positive click and release only when intentionally pressed.

Shoulder Pad Upgrade for Long Sessions

The shoulder pad combines breathable polyester mesh, TPE foam, and polyester air mesh to disperse pressure and promote airflow during extended wear. This construction replaces thinner, non-ventilated pads that can cause fatigue or overheating on full-day shoots. The stabiliser is fully removable, so the strap converts to a minimal configuration when a lighter profile is preferred. Photographers carrying heavier bodies or multiple lenses will notice the most improvement in comfort and stability.
