This instrument combines a 40 MHz digital oscilloscope, a waveform generator and a digital multimeter in one handheld unit. It captures signals on two channels at up to 250 MSa/s in single-channel mode or 125 MSa/s in dual-channel mode. The multimeter measures AC and DC voltage, current, resistance, capacitance, diode and continuity. A protective film covers the screen and should be removed before first use.

The generator produces sine waves up to 25 MHz, square waves up to 10 MHz, triangular waves up to 1 MHz and trapezoidal waves up to 5 MHz with 1 Hz resolution. The oscilloscope section provides 40 MHz bandwidth and a maximum sample rate of 250 MSa/s on a single channel, dropping to 125 MSa/s when both channels are active. Vertical sensitivity ranges from 10 mV to 10 V. The waveform generator runs at 250 MSa/s with 12-bit vertical resolution and 50 ohm output impedance. Six waveform storage slots and a reference waveform compare function are included.
