A 21-type connector kit with ratcheting crimper for AWG 32-20 wires covering Dupont 2.54 mm, JST-XH and SATA terminals
This kit supplies a ratcheting crimper and 21 styles of Dupont 2.54 mm and JST-XH 2.5 mm connectors. It targets hobbyists, technicians and 3D-printer owners who build or repair small-gauge wiring harnesses. The tool handles AWG 32 to 20 wire and suits uninsulated open connectors from 0.03 to 0.5 mm².
Upgrading from a basic hand crimper is worth it when you regularly terminate JST-XH, SM, PH, SYP, Molex Mini-spox, KK.254, Micro-fit 3.0, TE EI, AMP CT, KF2510, ATX, EPS, PCIe or SATA contacts. The four dual crimp stations finish wire and insulation in one squeeze, cutting repeat jobs on servo leads or printer looms.
The crimper uses EDM-cut high-carbon steel jaws and a ratchet mechanism with an unlockable positive lock. Handles are PP plus TPR and claim 50% less effort. Common issues include misaligned jaws if the ratchet is forced past its stop, and connector deformation when the wrong cavity is chosen for a given terminal width.
No published specifications for this item yet.
The crimper handles 2.5 to 3.0 mm connector widths and AWG 32 to 20 wires.
Squeeze the handles until the positive lock clicks, then press the unlock lever to open the jaws.
Replace the jaws when crimps show loose strands or the ratchet no longer holds at full closure.
