Outdoor Direct Burial Cable
This 100 ft Cat6 Ethernet cable is built for outdoor direct burial runs. The LLDPE jacket resists UV exposure and water ingress for long-term burial use. It targets installers wiring PoE cameras, routers or backyard devices. The solid 24AWG CCA conductors support 10Gbps at 500MHz bandwidth.
Thermals Noise Power Draw
The cable operates passively with no active cooling or power draw of its own. Signal integrity is maintained across the 100 ft length at 10Gbps without added latency. The 5mm outer diameter helps airflow in crowded conduit. No fan noise or heat output is generated during normal data transfer.
Build Quality Connectors
A relatively hard LLDPE sheath provides mechanical protection but may crease at 90 degree bends without affecting performance. RJ45 plugs are fitted at both ends for standard equipment ports. The slim 5mm diameter eases routing through tight conduits or walls. UTP construction keeps the cable lightweight for overhead or buried runs.

Questions about this item
How do I install the 100 ft direct-burial cable without kinking the 5 mm LLDPE jacket?
Lay the cable in a wide trench or conduit, avoid sharp 90-degree bends, and use gradual sweeps; the jacket may crease but performance stays intact.
What maintenance or replacement will the CCA solid-core conductors need over time?
CCA conductors cannot be re-terminated reliably, so plan to replace the entire 100 ft run if a connector fails or corrosion appears at either RJ45 end.
At what point does the 500 MHz bandwidth limit show up during sustained 10 Gbps traffic?
The 500 MHz rating caps 10 Gbps operation at the full 100 ft length; beyond that distance the signal drops below spec and errors rise.
