Assembly and Common Issues

Panels, dowels, cam locks and screws are included; a Phillips screwdriver and a rubber mallet are the only tools typically needed. Pre-drilled holes line up when the steps are followed in order, but forcing cam locks before all panels are seated can strip the holes. The doors hang on small hinges that may need a slight hinge-plate adjustment after the first week of use to close flush. Missing hardware is rare but should be checked before starting.

Daily Use and Durability

The solid wood construction resists warping under normal indoor humidity and supports the weight of a filled litter box on the floor beneath it.
