Hardline tubing adapter for custom loops

This G1/4 inch adapter connects 16mm OD rigid tubing to water blocks, radiators and reservoirs in a custom liquid-cooling loop. It uses multiple O-rings and compression collars to seal the joint without soldering or permanent bonds. The black finish matches common loop aesthetics. G1/4 thread limits port compatibility

The fitting only mates with components that provide a standard G1/4 inch female thread. Parts using other thread pitches, proprietary quick-connects or smaller barb sizes cannot be used without additional adapters. The 16mm outside diameter also fixes the tubing choice; smaller or larger hardline will not fit this coupling. Each connection point must match both specifications.

Brass construction with compression sealing

The metal body resists deformation when compression collars are tightened, keeping the O-rings seated during thermal cycling. Knurled edges allow hand tightening before a final light turn with a wrench, reducing the risk of stripped threads. The single adapter per package means each tubing run end requires its own fitting, so plan the loop layout accordingly.
