G1/4" Temperature Sensor Fitting

The Barrow TCWDL-V1 is a G1/4" threaded stop fitting that integrates a 10K thermistor probe. It installs directly into any standard G1/4" port on a water-cooling loop. Builders who need real-time coolant data for fan curves or safety shutdowns use this fitting as the sensing point. It is not for loops that rely on external air-temperature sensors or motherboard header probes alone.

Longer Internal Probe

The extended probe reaches farther into the fluid path than the standard version, giving a more representative reading of bulk coolant temperature. This changes how quickly a connected controller reacts to thermal load, especially in high-flow systems. The two-pin terminal plugs into any fan controller or monitoring device that accepts a standard 2-pin temperature sensor. No proprietary cables or adapters are required.

Nickel-Plated Brass Construction

The body is machined from nickel-plated brass with a black finish, resisting corrosion from common coolants and additives. G1/4" BSPP threads seal with an included O-ring, so no separate washers or tape are needed. The long probe design means the fitting occupies more depth inside the port, which can limit clearance in very tight blocks or distribution plates. Installers should verify internal port depth before committing to this length.
