The Barrow Mods POMGZ-V1 is a male-to-female extension fitting designed for custom liquid-cooling loops. It adds 7.5 mm of reach between standard G1/4" threaded components. The part is machined from acetal plastic that resists corrosion, tarnish and cracking. It suits builders who need a small spacing adjustment without adding rigid tubing length.

Capacity and headroom

The fitting provides exactly 7.5 mm of extra thread engagement for alignment or clearance issues. It handles the same pressure and coolant compatibility as the G1/4" fittings it connects. The acetal body will not degrade from common coolants or additives. It cannot compensate for large gaps or replace a longer rotary fitting when angular offset is required.

G1/4" interface limits

The thread follows the common G1/4" parallel standard used in PC water-cooling. Sealing depends on the o-ring or gasket of the mating fitting, not on the extension itself. Over-tightening acetal can strip threads or crack the body, so hand-tight plus a slight turn is the practical limit. The part adds no flow restriction beyond the negligible internal bore length.
