1-1/2" Schedule 80 Polypropylene Pipe Nipple

This 5-inch pipe nipple connects threaded fittings in non-potable water systems. Its Schedule 80 polypropylene construction handles pressures up to 150 psi and temperatures between 0 and 150 degrees Fahrenheit. The male NPT threads on both ends suit standard plumbing assemblies.

Chemical-resistant polypropylene build

The black Schedule 80 material resists chemical attack better than standard PVC in many industrial environments. Male NPT threads on each side allow direct engagement with female-threaded valves, couplings or tanks without extra adapters. The 5-inch overall length fits tight spacing where longer nipples would interfere.

150 psi pressure ceiling limits high-pressure use

The 150 psi maximum operating pressure restricts this nipple to low-pressure drain, vent and process lines rather than high-pressure hydraulic circuits. The 150 degrees Fahrenheit upper temperature bound excludes steam or hot-oil service. Buyers needing higher pressure or temperature ratings must select a different schedule or material.
