These 2.6 gallon bags fit round bins with a 10 inch diameter and 15.6 inch height or rectangular wastebaskets with a longest side of 8 inches and 15.6 inch height. They are made from plant starch material (PSM) and are certified to ASTM D6400 and EN 13432 standards for compostability. The white liners are odorless and non-toxic, making them suitable for bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and nurseries. Each bag is heat-sealed with an octagonal bottom at 230 degrees for leak-proof performance.

Certified Compostable Material Limits

The PSM construction meets ASTM D6400 and EN 13432 standards, meaning the bags break down in backyard or home composting facilities without environmental harm. They are not designed for industrial high-heat composting streams unless those facilities accept certified materials. The material contains no traditional plastic scent, making it safe for use around pregnant women and children. Clear green tint allows easy content identification for waste sorting, but the bags are not suitable for heavy or sharp construction debris.
