Six-compartment modular tray inserts

These inserts divide a modular tray into six separate sections for organising condiments, utensils or portioned ingredients. They are designed for food-service environments that need quick, hygienic access to multiple items from a single tray. The pack contains two inserts, each moulded to fit the matching modular trays used in busy serving lines.

Capacity and headroom

Each insert provides six equal compartments, giving enough room for standard portion cups or small prep bowls without overcrowding. The layout handles a typical breakfast or salad-bar spread, but larger bulk containers or oversized bottles will not fit within the fixed cell dimensions. Users needing more than six sections per tray will require a different insert configuration.

Thermals noise and power

The inserts are passive plastic components with no moving parts, so they generate no heat, noise or electrical draw during service. They withstand normal dishwasher temperatures and repeated handling without warping. Because they rely entirely on the host tray for structural support, they add no operational overhead to the serving station.
