Cooperative Expansion for Talisman 5th Edition

This expansion adds a cooperative mode to the Talisman 5th Edition base game. Two to six players aged twelve and up work together to complete five distinct trials. The box includes thirty starting game cards, a doom tracker with token, rulebook, twenty-four double-sided strength and craft tokens, five boxes with figures, and four envelopes containing twenty game cards. The base game is required and sold separately.

Tabletop Components and Storage

The game ships new with cardboard tokens, cards, plastic figures, and a rulebook organised in five figure boxes and four card envelopes. This packaging keeps the components sorted between sessions and supports quick setup for each trial. The double-sided tokens track strength and craft values during play, while the doom tracker monitors the rising threat level across the adventure.

Requires Base Game and Fixed Player Range

The expansion cannot be played without the Talisman 5th Edition base game, which is not included. The cooperative design supports exactly two to six players, so solo play or larger groups are not supported. Each session follows a structured sequence of placing talismans, unsealing the portal, and defeating the trial adversary, limiting open-ended sandbox play.
