Internal storage holds up to 1000 face templates, 1000 fingerprint templates and 1000 card users, with a log buffer of 100000 records. That headroom covers typical workforces of several hundred people with months of daily transactions before archiving is needed. Organisations exceeding 1000 enrolled users or requiring real-time redundancy across multiple sites will outgrow the standalone capacity.
